Due to privacy laws regarding the electronic transmission of protected health information, we’re not able to schedule new patient appointments solely via electronic (e-mail) communication. We must contact you via phone to obtain your personal information (date of birth, address, social security number) and answer any questions you may have regarding procedures, billing, insurance, recommended treatments and more.
