• I like fly-fishing and fly tying. I also like knitting and designing sweaters.
• I love anything outdoors: Day trips on the bicycle, long roller blade runs, camping, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

Family

• My wife, Linda, is a music teacher. Together we have two married sons: Ben and Brook with granddaughter Courtney, and Tim and Jessica. Family dinners can last for hours with lots of laughter.

If I wasn't a dentist, I would be:

• a public science teacher. Too many people walk through life and ignore most of it. Imagine if more eyes were open wider!
