Metro Dentalcare offers the Dental Care Advantage discount program which provides discounts on dental, vision, chiropractic and hearing care as well as prescription drug discounts. For a small monthly or yearly fee, members of the discount program receive significant savings on services when members see a participating provider.

How to Enroll

Enrolling in Dental Care Advantage is quick and convenient. You can enroll today by calling 1-888-540-9488. Or you can download and complete the enrollment form and bring it to your nearest Metro Dentalcare office.

The program is open to anyone 54 and younger. For those ages 55 and older, we offer Dental Care Advantage Senior Program.

You can choose to enroll on a month-to-month or yearly basis.

• For individuals, the fee is $5/month or $48/year. 
• For couples, the fee is $7.48/month or $78/year. 
• For families, the fee is $9.98/month or $98/year.

Dental Care Advantage Offerings

Dental Care Advantage is offered by Metro Dentalcare and administered through American Dental Professional Services.

• Save 20% on x-rays, dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, oral surgery or additional dental services.*
