Metro Dentalcare offers the Dental Care Advantage Senior Program which provides discounts on dental, vision, chiropractic and hearing care for members ages 55 and over. For a small monthly or yearly fee, members of the discount program receive significant savings on services when members see a participating provider.

How to Enroll

Enrolling in the Dental Care Advantage Senior Program is quick and convenient. You can enroll today by calling 1-888-540-9488. Or you can download and complete the enrollment form.
The program is open to anyone age 55+. You can choose to enroll on a month-to-month or yearly basis. For individual enrollment, the fee is $4/month or $42/year. For couples, the fee is $6.50/month or $74/year.
